What happens when I call Construction 911?
You will speak to a Project Manager who will set up a time to visit your property. He/she will meet with you to evaluate the damage and/or work to be done. He/she will take pictures, check measurements, ask questions and discuss your concerns. An estimate for the work will be generated within two to three days and forwarded to you or your insurance representative. Once a scope of work is agreed upon, you will be asked to sign a contract with Construction 911 if you want to start the work.

What happens during the job?
A Project Supervisor will be assigned to your job and will be your main point of contact during the work. He/she will stay in constant communication with you regarding the details of the work, the schedule and any material choices you need to make. He/she may also present you with change orders to sign during the job if any changes or additions are made to the work being done.

You will also have access to our main office by calling (888) 995-9111 at any time. Our office personnel can answer questions about paperwork and billing. They will generate invoices as the work is completed and assist you with payment questions and issues.

What happens when the job is finished?
Your Project Manager and/or Supervisor will walk the job with you to review the work. You will sign a final walk-through when all the work is completed to your satisfaction. A final invoice will be sent to you along with a client survey.

Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes, we accept MasterCard & Visa. Please contact our office to process your payment.

What if I am still waiting for my insurance proceeds?
Because you sign a contract with Construction 911 as the property owner, you are ultimately responsible for payment. You should contact your insurance representative to resolve any payment issues.
